w00t! i can Rollerblade!
mangagirl's stepmum (the M) gave me her skates when i went to pick up mangagirl.
when we actually got to the disco it took me 10 minutes to learn how to skate, and by the end of the night i was actually going quite fast!
it was great fun there and while i can't go next month (mum dosn't want me risking bones that close to my highers) every time i can i plan on going to the disco.
I was the oldest person there apart from the adults. and the tallest (which is a new one on me) but i was the one most often on the ground. 7 falls. tow were bad - i landed on my right hand and messed up my wrist. the other 5 i just landed on my but.
something i noticed, if you can ski, you can probably learn to skate, some of the stuff is quite similar, although not quitwe the same
